  • Do you accept Health Insurance?
    We do not accept health insurance at the moment.
  • Can I purchas a monthly plan?
    We do not offer monthly plans for coaching or content. We strongly recommend our members to subscribe to a 3-month plan, as it takes at least 3 months time to achieve noticeable health benefits.
  • Can I purchase a plan for content only?
    Yes, you may purchase content only plans. These plans will give you access to our content library for the duration of the plan. The library will consist of videos, audios, documents and infographics. You can view them on a computer/tablet and apps (when they are ready).
  • What is your refund policy?
    We offer partial refunds for our coaching plans only. If you purchase a coaching plan and cancel it within the first month, you will be refunded 50% of the fee. No refunds will be allowed after the first month.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    We do not allow partial payments for our Content Plans and and for our 3-Month Coaching Plan. We may consider 2 installments for our 6-Month Coaching plan.
  • Can I choose my coach?
    After the initial consultation you will be assigned to the coach who we think can help you best. If you are unhappy with the coach, we can consider assigning a different coach, subject to the availability of other coaches.
  • How soon can I see results in a SattvaLife Program?
    Based on many research studies, it has been determined that it takes about 3 to 6 month for people to make behavioral health changes that result in positive outcomes. This is why we have 3-month and 6-month coaching plans.
  • Does SattvaLife have mobile Apps?
    Yes, you may download our mobile app (SattvaLife Wellness) in the Google Play store or Apple App Store. Android app: iOS app: Please remember to search for our app using the name 'SattvaLife Wellness' in the app store. There might be other businesses with the name Sattva. Searching for the full name 'SattvaLife Wellness' is better. Please purchase your wellness plans on our website only.
  • Is my data safe?
    We use the best technology and processes to ensure the safety of your data. The video conferencing software that we use for coaching sessions with members is HIPAA Compliant. We use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) for all communications with our members. Our technology platform vendors, Microsoft Azure and Google have enabled the physical, technical, and administrative safeguards required by HIPAA and the HITECH Act inside their scope of services to customers such as Sattva Life.
